Respawning & CheckPoints

Hello and good evening all. Just wanted to say we're on the right track and now have dieing, respawning and checkpoints in place. The demo level now contains a boss (not actually setup correctly) but gives you the feel of how progress will go. Also added extra life secret so see if you can get the extra life (will be adding to secrets). Also integrated steam and achievements, have a full list of beginning achievements so hope everything goes well with upcoming updates.

Also added partial controller support (controller does not work in menu's YET!)
