New Boolan

There is now a new true false bool attached to generator to easily select how you want the timer to check for gas usage. Gas can be checked by number of items connected and currently on and as more items turned on the faster the timer runs or have it a set number to check for gas ( like if you only want it to check for gas every 10 seconds ).
